  • Our Summer Family Picnic will be happening each week at Brad Ragan Park at 6pm. Bring a meal for your family to the lower picnic shelter at the back of the park. This is a great way to stay plugged in to community and also hang out with people from church that may be outside your homegroup.
  • Summer Preaching Schedule – Thank you to Matt Sutton for brining us a message from Luke 11: 1-13 on Sunday. It was such a great message on the power of prayer and a great reminder for us all about our prayer life. We will have other preachers coming to preach who are friends of The Grove and also some individuals who could be candidates for the Lead Speaking Pastor position. With candidates being added to the preaching schedule, Mark Miller has asked to push his series of Philippians back so we can preach in consecutive weeks.
  • Jamie Miller’s Mission Trip – Jamie (Covenant Member) is a ministry director for International Messengers and provides incredible opportunities for people in our church and others to go on mission trips. On Sunday we gathered around Jamie Miller to pray over her before her mission trip to Lebanon which she will be on for several weeks. Please remember her in prayer as she is there, that God would use her in awesome ways!
  • Building Update – We have a building inspection with a structural engineer on June 28th. Please be praying that God would continue to guide us in the building project.
  • Pastor/Teacher Search – We have had over 25 applicants since posting the job. The Elders are excited about quite a few candidates and have had several zoom meetings last week. We will be setting up candidate visits for the next few months. Please be praying daily over this process that God would give us unbelievable discernment to the Elders as they go deep into this process.

Sunday’s sermon is live on facebook and youtube
